Return Policy

• If you are unsatisfied with the Goods (Apparels, Bed & Bath) received, you can return them within 7 days of receipt and get your money back.
• Incase of Electronics, if the packaging box has not been opened and you would like to return the same, we will have your money refunded. Please note that items are covered by manufacturer's warranty and you can contact the service centers for any problems incase the packaging has been opened.
• Personalized Towels are made to order and hence will not be accepted as returns unless there is a Manufacturing Defect.
• All return packages must be in the original packaging together with a copy of the invoice.The reason for the return of the goods must be mentioned by the customer.
• Refund credit will be issued for all returns received after 30 days of reciept of goods by demand draft.
• Please note that freight charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
• For returns, the item cost will be refunded but not the original shipping.
• All returns must be unworn and in original condition.
